Chelsea chairman Bruce Buck will step down from his role after 19 years with the Premier League side.Buck has served as chairman of Chelsea since 2003, when Roman Abramovich bought the Blues.Chelsea won21 major trophies in the Abramovich era, including five Danuel House Jersey Premier League titles and P.
